The draft permit reissues the facility’s air quality permit and does not authorize any construction or new emissions. The draft air permit limits emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and particulate matter. The draft air permit requires monitoring for VOC and recordkeeping for both VOC and particulate matter.
