I support adding this site to the PLP for continued management and monitoring. It is in a highly visible and is regularly used by people. The impact is near the community of Crystal and has moved towards it. As a city council member of Crystal I pers...↓onally support this site being monitored since the local communities and the responsible party don't have the resources to manage it.↓
