Liberty Classical Academyapplied for a water quality permit for its wastewater treatment facility in Hugo. The facility is designed to treat25,625gallons per day and discharges to 21 individual mounds.

The draft permit authorizes construction of the facility and includes a two-phase construction schedule that requires Liberty Classical Academy to meet limits and monitoring requirements upon the completion of construction.
